ABOUT US
- We do wine & spirits promotions all over the state of NJ, NY, DE and parts of PA.
- We are VERY sales driven. We expect high-sales at all of our promotions so you must be confident in this area!
- We pay very competitive rates and reward those that have consistent success at promoting/selling our products.
- We pay on a bi-weekly basis.
- We do not require you work a minimum amount of hours per week but are looking for reps that have good availability and are hungry to make money!
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- You MUST be a GO-GETTER to be a part of this company. If you are a type B personality and timid/laid back by nature, this company is NOT for you! We are looking for folks that are "tactfully aggressive", confident and outgoing.
- You MUST have sales experience or what you strongly feel is a natural, God-given talent to SELL SELL SELL!
- You MUST have a pleasant physical appearance. You will need to have a clean, well-kept appearance for consideration. A lot of tattoos, piercings or brightly dyed hair will not work with our company's image.
- You MUST be between the ages of 21 to 38 years old.
- You MUST be THOROUGH! You will be expected to read materials/product info, instructions for proper protocol and detailed emails describing your duties each week. If you can't guarantee that you can thoroughly read all materials presented to you, do NOT apply. There is ZERO tolerance for those that do not complete the job asked of them due to not reading details.
- You MUST be dependable and timely. If you have any issues with being places on time, being able to send in required materials within a structured time-frame or have the tendency to call out of work often, this is not the agency for you.
- You MUST have the ability to turn on your personality and skill set 100% for each & every promotional event...no matter how small or slow the gig may be. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for slacking on the job, especially distractions such as CELL PHONES. If you are the type that cannot put your phone away for an entire 3 hour promotion, please do not apply.
However, if you ARE all of the above and ready to make a lot of money, then we would love to here from you! Though we are stern, we are definitely a fun company to work for and do a wide range of promotional events. Our employees have a good time on the job and many have been with us for 5+ years!
